Janu Shirshasana
In this pose, you sit in dandasana and then fold one leg and drop the knee to the side on the floor. In the classical pose you bend forward and bring your head close to the knee. While in pregnancy, everything remains same but instead of bending forward we lift the chest up making the back concave.
